Who we are
Garage Manufacturing is a small Quebec, Canada-based manufacturing and consultation service (CNC machining, 3D printing, and design/feasibility consultations). You can reach us at garage.robotics03@gmail.com.
What we provide
We provide manufacturing quotes, paid consultations, and made-to-order manufacturing after a manual review of your request. Tools on the site (rough price ranges, automatic checks, preliminary estimates) are aids to help you plan — they are not a final offer.
Quotes are reviewed and may change
Every final quote is prepared after a person reviews your request and files. Preliminary estimates and rough ranges are not binding. Feasibility, price, materials, and lead time may change after that review, and we may decline a request we cannot make safely or well.
A quote is valid until its stated expiry date. After it expires, pricing and availability may change and you may need a new quote.
Your responsibilities
When you use the service, you agree that:
- You have the right to upload and use the files and designs you send us.
- Your design information is accurate, and you are responsible for confirming that a part meets your own functional, fit, and safety requirements.
- You will not request or upload anything illegal, dangerous, restricted, infringing, or malicious (see our Policies & Disclaimers).
- The contact and payment details you provide are your own and are accurate.
Manufacturing realities
Manufactured parts have natural variation. Tolerances, surface finish, strength, dimensional accuracy, and color can vary by process and material. Unless we agree specific, written requirements in advance, parts are made to typical shop standards for the chosen process. See our Policies & Disclaimers for details.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Consultations are paid when you book. Manufacturing is paid after you accept a final quote and before production begins. We do not store full card details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds and cancellations.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your own designs and files. You give us permission to use them only to quote, manufacture, consult on, communicate about, and support your request. We keep ownership of our website, branding, and internal materials.
Limitations
We aim to do good, careful work, but the service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our responsibility for a given order is connected to that order. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law in Quebec, Canada.
These terms are a plain-English draft and are not legal advice. They should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before being relied upon.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service grows; the current version is shown here with its last-updated date. Questions? Email garage.robotics03@gmail.com.
