Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You can reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may not be refundable because the time was reserved for you.
• If we need to reschedule, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
• Meeting details are sent before your session. When an automatic video link is not available, we send a meeting link manually before the consultation.

• Quotes are valid until the expiry date shown on the quote. Pricing and feasibility may change after expiry.
• Payment is required before production begins.
• Before any work starts, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Once materials are ordered, toolpaths/preparation are produced, or manufacturing has started, refunds are limited or may not be available because those costs are already committed.
• If an order arrives defective or does not match the agreed quote, contact us promptly and we will review it and work with you on a repair, remake, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Where local pickup is offered, we will confirm the details with you. Risk and timing for delivery depend on the carrier and destination.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• Your payment status updates after Stripe confirms the payment.
• Stripe provides a receipt for your payment; contact us if you need anything else for your records.
