• Uploaded files: CAD and design files you choose to upload for quoting, manufacturing, or consultation.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive payment status and references, not your full card number.
• Basic technical information needed to operate the site securely.

We use your information to:

• Prepare quotes and estimates and review feasibility.
• Manufacture and fulfill orders you place.
• Run paid consultations and prepare for your session.
• Communicate with you about your requests, quotes, bookings, and orders.
• Provide support and keep records required to run the business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. They process information on our behalf so we can deliver what you asked for:

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Email is sent through our email provider (and our authentication provider for account emails).
• Scheduling uses Google Calendar; meeting links are either generated or added manually.
• Accounts, data, and uploaded files are stored with our hosting and database provider in private storage.

We share only what each provider needs to perform its function, and we do not expose our internal systems, costs, or provider data to other customers.

Your uploaded files are kept in private storage, not on public web pages. Our team can access them only to quote, manufacture, consult on, and support your request. If the service ever expands to include approved manufacturing partners or checkers, we will update this policy before sharing files for that purpose.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing garage.robotics03@gmail.com. Some records tied to completed payments or legal obligations may need to be retained even after a deletion request.
